Can I enter from another State if it's the VIC Championships?
Yes. You absolutely can. You can enter, win the medal and the prizes. The only thing you can't get is the title of "Victorian State Champion" if you are not from VIC. This would get rolled down to the highest placed Victoria rider.
Do I have to enter other events to participate?
No - the event is OPEN Entry to anyone. Riders who have gone in multiple events will be able to become the Series Champ though (a seperate award for the most consistent rider in each category).
What Age Category will I fall into?
Age category is determined by Calendar Year of Birth. So, if you are turning 11 this year (even if it's in December), you are NOT able to compete in Under 11s. You would ride under 13s as an 11 year old.
