At RampFest, we know that no child is exactly the same... which is why each of our birthday party packages can also be customised with a range of add-on options - so you can create exactly the party you need.

An extra party host is great if you’ve got a group of first-timers or any attendees who might appreciate some more individual attention.

They’re also great for larger groups.

Add some WOW factor to your party by getting a unique and exciting show from one of the RampFest Resident Pros.

The Pro will provide a short demonstration and ride with your group for 30 mins at the end of your party.

Our Premium & VIP Parties come with Pizzas by default… but if you’d rather swap to sandwiches, you certainly can!

Add a delicious dessert to your party!

The RampFest Photographer will join your party and provide an awesome package of 10-15 Party Photos, plus a 30-45 sec highlights video (packaged up and ready for Social Media platforms). Turn around time for photos and videos is 2-3 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions about RampFest Birthday Parties

Yes - RampFest is absolutely suitable for first-timers to the skate park. We know the big ramps can look scary at first, but don't worry - we start at the bottom, not the top! Our Party Hosts will teach your group the basics, and have them enjoying the skate park safely in no time.

If your group is made up of mostly first-timers (more than 50%), we do recommend you book an extra party host. This will give everyone a more personal experience and cater better to different skill levels within your group. Or give us a call to discuss further.

Your party host is your skate park guide for the day - they are assigned soley to your group and will run your party on the day.

They will greet, check in, provide safety briefings, check equipment and get the kids rolling.

During the party, they'll run skate park games, guide the kids around different areas of the park, and generally make sure everyone is having a great time.

They'll also keep you on schedule, make sure your table is ready for you, food is served on time, and take care of all the cleaning when you're done.

RampFest is open to all wheeled (non-powered) sports - such as Scooters, BMX, Skateboards, MTB, Roller Skates, Inline Skates etc.

However, for Birthday Parties, we recommend you choose either Scooters or Skateboards for your group. These sports are the easiest for new participants to pick up, and allow your whole group to practice the same skills and the same areas.

If you'd like to book a BMX or MTB party, we can certainly cater for this - but please contact us to discuss the details.

This party does not include a host, so all participants must be confident to use the skate park without assistance.

We'd recommend the Premium Party for First Timers. Although you can customise your party during booking and add a Host to the Basic package if you want.

If you're booking a Budget or Premium Party, yes, the park is open to the general public at the same time.

Your party host will help you navigate the park safely and work with other users. If needed, they can also close of certain sections of the skate park for short periods of time to give your group their own space.

Nope - we have hire helmets, skateboards and scooters available at RampFest from $5 (depending on the party package you choose).

All our helmets are S1 Lifers and Australian Certified, and our boards and scooters are a range of sizes. If you think you need a lot of hire gear, we do recommend you let us know beforehand.

Unfortunately we don't hire Bikes or Pads.

Yes, we do have limits for total numbers based on the available space at our venue. Budget & Premium Parties have a limit of 20x attendees.

Our VIP Party package can cater for any size group as it's a private venue hire.

We do recommend you contact us to discuss a booking for any groups larger than 20 so that we can help you pick the best time.

There is no age limit (upper or lower) - it all comes down to confidence and ability.  If you or your child are confident enough to use the skate park, we'd love you to come down and enjoy it.

We do require that Children under 10 be supervised by an adult at all times, and we recommend that kids any younger than 5 have a parent with them in the Skate Park. 

For younger kids, we do recommend a morning time slot for your party (9:00am or 11:30am) as the park is quieter during these times.

Yes. All of our birthday party packages include a reserved table, so you are welcome to bring your own food, decorations etc. But please note that you may not be able to setup any decorations until 15mins before your party as we may have other bookings in the space.

We are unable to store food other than a cake though.

Our RampFest Canteen has a selection of food that can be purchased on the day by any adults - or you can start a Party Tab.

If you'd like to pre-book extra food for the parents attending, please contact us to discuss.

Yes, you can! We do Private Skate Park Hire at certain times, and the price starts at $499 for 2hrs.

All private hires must be at least 2 weeks in advance.

  1. If you wish to cancel your Party or Group Booking with more than 14 days notice, you can receive your deposit as a store credit (any amount paid above the deposit can be refunded or credited).
  2. If you wish to cancel your Party or Group Booking with less than 14 days notice, your deposit amount will not be credited or refunded (any amount paid above the deposit can be refunded or credited)
  3. Any no-shows for booked parties will not receive any refund or credits.
