I'm sure everyone has heard the news - and yes, RampFest is very much included in the closures. We will be shut, effective immediately, until further notice. This is a pretty tough day all round and this decision is obviously going to hit everyone pretty hard.
Please spare a thought in particular for our amazing staff team - who bring energy, passion and commitment to making RampFest what it is every single day.
School Term is about to kick off again, and we're excited to be getting started with another 8-week coaching program for Skate, Scooter and BMX!
At the end of this Term, we're planning to launch our first RampFest Progression Session too - this will be a new type of event that is all about achieving personal goals - not about competing with others. But more on this soon...
For now, we want to introduce our Coaches for Term 1 of Ramp School:
A common question we get asked at our coaching clinics is "why aren't we learning more tricks". Over the years, I've focused more and more on the core, basic skills in coaching programs - and the more we develop these, the more I've found that young riders can learn tricks faster and safer down the line.
Regularly, this means pulling people back from trying something - and saying "slow down, you're not there yet". This is now what our entire coaching method at Rampfest is built around.
Australian (Adelaide) rider owned and innovated extreme sports protection company Gain Protection just had a full drop of new stock hit our shelves. When it comes to keeping your body protected and on par when out in the park these guys are the ones leading the field. Delivering comfort & functionality in one product is no easy feat.

Wow - 10 years of Rampfest… it’s pretty crazy to think about! Most businesses don’t make it to the 10-year milestone, so we’re beyond stoked that we’ve been able to keep providing an awesome skate park for kids and adults to ride / skate / scoot!
A common concern we hear at Rampfest all the time is "Skate Parks are so dangerous!"... Well, today I want to help educate everyone about how to maximise your safety at your local skate park - for both parents and participants.
