Video Content Internship @ Rampfest!
RampFest has an exciting internship opportunity available for an aspiring video producer and content creator.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative video production intern to assist in the delivery of video content campaigns, marketing promotions and upcoming major event productions.
Working under the guidance of our marketing manager, you will shoot and edit video content that will reach action sports fans all around Australia. This will involve all sports at RampFest - BMX, Skate and Scooter.
You'd be working with our team rides and customers to create great video content and unique video based campaigns. This is a great opportunity to learn and hone your skills in the fast-paced world of action sports marketing and videography. If you are up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
Internships are unpaid and generally run for a minimum period of 3 months (extended by agreement) for one or two days per week - depending on the candidate. At the end of the internship, there may be opportunities for continued employment on a contract or project basis.
Job Tasks And Responsibilities
- Storyboarding, concept development and script writing
- Shoot and edit interviews for various social media platforms
- Creating videos for various social media platforms
- Assist in production for lifestream broadcast of various national Events
- Work creatively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to produce video content
- Assist in the delivery of Sports Presentations
Skills And Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Knowledge in video editing and filming - including software usage etc
- Access to their own video editing and filming equipment (some additional equipment will be provided)
- Basic audio recording and editing knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Video and editing software
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- First hand experience in either Skate / Scooter or BMX
- Passion for action sports
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to manage time and projects from concept to delivery
