Skate Park Tours

Who's ready for a road trip?

Spending an entire day riding or skating a bunch of different parks is every kids dream... but it's not every parents!  We know you don't have the time to be tripping all over Melbourne each weekend with a bunch of kids, which is why we've started RampFest Skate Park Tours.

Our Skate Park Tours are exactly what the kids want - a full day of riding, plenty of variety, and plenty of friends along for the ride.

Each Tour, we'll visit 3-4 Skate Parks picked by our coaches - plus a BONUS location to break up the day (something that isn't a Skate Park).  We pick the parks that are going to be the most fun.  They might be new parks, or some old classics - and each Tour will feature a RampFest Pro Rider too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is supervising the kids / driving the bus?

The kids will be looked after by one of our RampFest Coaches (who will also drive the bus).  They all have a valid working with children check, a current first aid certificate and an Open drivers license.

They will be assisted by one of the RampFest Pro Riders during the day also - so there will always be 2x supervisors for the group of 10x kids.

What will they be doing during the day?

The group will visit at least 3 different public skate parks for a 60-90mins session at each.  Depending on each tour, we'll also do a bonus activity to break up the day - something fun, that isn't a skate park.  For example, during Summer, we'll visit a public pool to cool off for an hour or so.

Where are you going swimming?

For our summer tours, we'll make a stop in at an aquatic centre to have a swim.  The centre varies for each tour, but we only visit venues that have qualified lifeguards in attendance and have their own independent safety procedures in place (such as Council Venues).

What do we do for lunch?

We ask everyone to bring their own lunch & snacks - much like you would for a big day at school.  We'll supply plenty of cold water during the day - but if you want anything else to drink, please bring it along with you.  We won't be making stops to buy lunch during the day, and for safety reasons, the kids will not be allowed to leave the supervision of our coach at the skate parks we visit.
