Event Day Info

To help everything run smoothly, there are a couple of house-keeping items we wanted to make everyone aware of:

Car Parking

Over the weekend, the RampFest Car Park will be CLOSED.  Only official event vehicles will be able to use this area.  We suggest street parking in the area - but please be aware of parking signage as the council does ticket this area.

Bike Parking

We will NOT be allowing any bikes into the venue - apart from people competing, and only when they are competing or practicing.  We strongly advise anyone not competing to leave your bike at home this weekend.

There will be a bike parking marquee near the main entry.

Competitor Entry to Course

Competitor Entry to Course will be through the side door (in the rampfest car park) only.  This will be clearly signed and manned by a staging official.  No entry will be via the shop.

Riders will only be permitted to enter the course with their bike for their dedicated practice sessions or their heats.

Food & Beverage

RampFest will be serving hot & cold food throughout the weekend - this includes Piazzas, Hot Chips, Chicken Tenders, Cold Sandwiches, Donuts, Muffins, Snacks etc.  We will also be serving coffee and cold drinks.

There will be an event Bar - operating from 1pm - 8pm Saturday and 12pm - 6pm Sunday.  As we are a licensed event, no external alcohol is permitted onsite, and alcohol can only be consumed in the designated areas.

And lastly, we would like to remind everyone that the event judges, officials and RampFest Staff are all working extremely hard to make this event happen.  Please ensure you are polite, respectful and follow their directions at all times.
